Blue Owl Capital reportedly plans to invest in as much as 10 percent of the offering, increasing its stake.

Park Place Technologies will use proceeds from the new deal to refinance a $845 million first-lien loan.

The deal represents an ongoing trend of larger private credit firms acting as the sole lender in minor deals by being able to offer pricing and terms that other smaller lenders can’t compete with.
