CORA Group, a portfolio company of Jonas Software and operating group of Constellation Software, has acquired Finastra’s U.S. Mid-Market banking business.
The acquired operations include the Phoenix Core Banking System, MalauzAi Digital Banking, Analyzer IQ, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms, which serve hundreds of banks and credit unions across the United States. The transaction expands CORA Group’s banking software footprint and aligns with its strategy of acquiring mission-critical vertical software businesses with established customer bases.
